
PDX: Senior Recruiter
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Senior Recruiter is primarily responsible for recruiting and hiring for all FedEx Office positions. This position supports business partners with recruiting strategies to fill current needs and helps identify needs to build a bench of qualified candidates. This position supports in preparing, analyzing, and responding accordingly to hiring plans, recruits, and extends offers to identified candidates. This position is responsible for representing the employer brand and delivering a positive candidate experience. This position also assists with measurement/reporting of the effectiveness of current recruitment strategies.
GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Work closely with FedEx Office recruiters and business partners to conduct analysis of hiring needs and develop recruitment strategy to ensure delivery of strong candidate pool
- Coordinate with the recruiter to develop a sourcing strategy specific to the identified market and staffing needs
- Coordinate with business partners and recruiter to ensure timely submission and approval of requisitions using the appropriate channels
- Collaborate with the recruiter to identify top candidates for open positions to present to hiring manager
- Collaborate with the recruiter on future staffing needs and skills gaps to strategize on pipeline candidates
- Conduct prescreen interviews of top candidates as necessary
- Champion promote from within through collaboration with managers and supervisors on team member promotions and career advancements
- Collaborate with business partners to ensure compliance with established company policies and procedures responsible for preparation of offer document using established salary administration guidelines, submission of background check, drug screening and incentive guarantees
- Provide region level reporting and partner with the business on assessments of current openings and recruiting activity for open positions
- Execute diversity recruiting initiatives
- Support manager new hire orientation and on-boarding process and coach/train hiring managers on interview skills and hiring practices
- All other duties as needed or required
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in recruiting, human resources, or related field
- Advanced computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience managing multiple tasks and prioritizing duties
- Experience identifying obstacles and creating solutions to complex problems
- For new hires, must meet all FedEx Office employment qualifications in force at time of hiring
- For current FedEx Office team members, must meet hiring criteria for the position and transfer requirements as outlined in the Team Member Handbook

- Ability, on a consistent basis, to report regularly to work and maintain established business hours in order to support the FedEx Office business; regular attendance and/or reporting could include regular attendance at a physical location and/or maintaining established business hours depending on the scope and nature of the position
